Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Under certain U.S. state privacy laws — including the California Consumer Privacy Act / California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), the Colorado Privacy Act, the Connecticut Data Privacy Act, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, the Utah Consumer Privacy Act, and the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act — you have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information, including sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. This page explains how to exercise that right with AgentOmni Insurance Services, LLC (“AgentOmni”).

What “Sale” and “Sharing” Mean

As described more fully in our Privacy Statement, AgentOmni operates as an auto-insurance quote service. When you submit a quote request, we may share certain demographic and quote-relevant information with insurance carrier partners, marketing partners, lead-listing networks, and other partners who can match you with insurance providers and related offers. If you click on a partner's offer, additional information (such as your name, email, phone number, and address) may be transferred to that partner. Depending on your state, some of these activities may qualify as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under applicable law.

How to Opt Out

There are two ways to opt out:

• Email us. Send an email to contact@agentomni.com with “Do Not Sell or Share” in the subject line. Include your name, the email address and phone number you used on our Site, and the state in which you reside. We may need to verify your identity before we can act on your request.
• Use the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or browser extension transmits a Global Privacy Control signal, we will treat that signal as an opt-out for the browser session in which it is sent. For more about GPC, visit globalprivacycontrol.org.

Authorized Agents

If you live in a state that permits authorized agents to act on your behalf, you may designate an agent to submit an opt-out request for you. Please include written, signed authorization with the request, and we may verify the request directly with you before responding.

Our Response

We will respond to your opt-out request within the timeframes required by your state's applicable privacy law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of the rights described on this page or in our Privacy Statement.
