E-Sign Consent and Electronic Communications

By providing your information to AgentOmni Insurance Services, LLC (“AgentOmni,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and clicking the button to submit, you affirmatively agree to the following terms regarding electronic records and signatures. Please read this E-Sign Consent carefully and print or save a copy for your records.

Consent to Receive Records Electronically

You consent to receive all communications, agreements, documents, notices, and disclosures (collectively, “Communications”) that AgentOmni and its insurance carrier partners provide to you in connection with your quote, application, or policy electronically — including by display on this Site, by email, by SMS/MMS, and by any other electronic means. This consent applies to every Communication delivered now and in the future in connection with the services you have requested.

Scope of Consent

This consent covers all services we provide through our website, mobile applications, email, SMS, voice calls, and any other channels — including partner-matching, quoting, and binding services. It applies to any communications required to be provided in writing, including Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”) disclosures, Truth in Lending disclosures, insurance applications and policy documents, billing notices, claims correspondence, and any state-required notices.

Hardware and Software Requirements

To access and retain Communications electronically, you must have:

  • A device with internet access and a current, compatible web browser that supports 128-bit (or stronger) encryption;
  • A valid email address and the ability to receive email from AgentOmni;
  • Software capable of viewing PDF files (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader);
  • A printer if you wish to print Communications, or sufficient storage to save them; and
  • If you use a spam filter, the ability to allow email from agentomni.com so our Communications reach your inbox.

By providing your consent, you confirm that you have the hardware and software described above and that you can access, view, and retain the Communications we deliver electronically.

Requesting Paper Copies

You may request a paper copy of any Communication we have provided you electronically, at no charge, by emailing contact@agentomni.com with “E-Sign Paper Records” in the subject line. Please include your name, email, and a description of the records you need.

Withdrawing Your Consent

You may withdraw your consent to receive Communications electronically from AgentOmni at any time by emailing contact@agentomni.com. If you withdraw your consent, we will deliver future Communications by paper mail or another non-electronic method where required by law; however, withdrawal may delay or limit our ability to deliver quotes, issue policies, or provide other services to you. To withdraw consent for Communications from any of our insurance carrier partners or click-listing partners, you must contact those partners directly.

Updating Your Contact Information

You are responsible for keeping the email address, phone number, and mailing address you provided current. You can update your contact information by emailing contact@agentomni.com or, where available, by signing in to your account on our Site.

Legal Effect

By clicking a button to submit your information, by selecting a checkbox indicating consent, or by otherwise affirmatively agreeing to these terms, you agree that: (a) you have read this E-Sign Consent; (b) you consent to use electronic signatures and to conduct business with AgentOmni electronically; (c) Communications provided to you electronically by AgentOmni have the same legal effect as paper documents delivered in person or by mail; and (d) your electronic signature on any AgentOmni form has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
