Privacy Statement

Effective date: May 11, 2026

This online Privacy Statement is provided on behalf of AgentOmni Insurance Services, LLC (“AgentOmni”, “we”, “our” or “us”) and explains the information we collect from our website (“Site”), why we collect it, how we use and share it, and the choices you can make regarding your information. Outside this website, AgentOmni generally acts as a service provider to its business clients, and, when it does so, AgentOmni’s collection, use, and sharing of personal information is subject to the business client’s privacy policies.

Collection of your Personal Information

This Site collects both personal and other information about you. Personal information (also referred to as personal data in some jurisdictions) is information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked (directly or indirectly) with you. Through this Site we collect personal information, such as your email address, name, home or work address or telephone number. AgentOmni also collects personal or device identifiers and associated demographic information such as your ZIP code, age, gender, preferences, interests and favorites.

There is also information about your computer hardware and software that is automatically collected by AgentOmni. This information includes your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times, referring website addresses, and information regarding your interaction with our Site.

Use of your Personal Information

AgentOmni collects and uses your personal information to operate the AgentOmni Site and deliver the services you have requested. AgentOmni also uses your personal information to inform you of other products or services available from AgentOmni and its affiliates. AgentOmni may contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered.

Because AgentOmni operates as an auto-insurance quote service, we share your personal information with our insurance carrier partners, marketing partners, and lead-network partners to help you receive quotes and offers from companies that may interest you. When you submit a quote request, we may share certain demographic and quote-relevant information with those partners; if you click on a partner's offer, your contact information may be transferred directly to that partner so they can follow up with you about their products. Depending on the jurisdiction in which you reside, some of these disclosures may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under state privacy laws — please see “Sale or Sharing of Personal Information; Your State Rights” below for your opt-out rights.

AgentOmni also shares data with service providers to help us perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. Service providers are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to AgentOmni, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.

AgentOmni keeps track of the pages our customers visit within our Site in order to determine what AgentOmni services are the most popular. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within AgentOmni to customers whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area.

We may share your personal information for business purposes or as required or permitted by law with:
  • Service providers to AgentOmni: Personal information may be shared with service providers who perform services on our behalf for a business purpose including service providers that:
    • provide marketing and advertising, email or other communication services;
    • provide services that support our online activities including providing tracking technologies, web hosting and analytics;
    • provide tax and accounting, legal services, delivery, and data enhancement services;
    • provide technology services and enhance security, privacy and fraud protections;
    • provide analytics services or conduct research or actuarial studies; and
    • provide support to our operations.
  • Third parties in connection with a business transaction: Personal information may be disclosed to third parties in connection with a corporate transaction, such as a merger, sale of any or all of our company assets or shares, reorganization, financing, change of control or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by an affiliate or third party, or in the event of a bankruptcy or related or similar proceedings.
  • Law enforcement, regulators and other parties for legal reasons: personal information may be disclosed to third parties, as required by law or subpoena, or if we reasonably believe such action is necessary to:
    • comply with the law and the reasonable requests of regulators, law enforcement or other public authorities;
    • protect our or others safety, rights or property; and
    • investigate fraud or to protect the security or integrity of our websites and mobile apps or any product or services.
  • Insurance Carrier Partners and Consumer Reporting Agencies: We share your information with our insurance company partners to obtain accurate quotes. These partners may, in turn, use third-party consumer reporting agencies (such as LexisNexis or Experian) to pull your credit report, motor vehicle records (MVR), insurance claims history (CLUE), and other consumer reports. These reports are used solely for underwriting and pricing.
  • Marketing and insurance network partners: We share information with third-party insurance marketing networks and lead-listing platforms. When we render a partner offer to you — for example, on a results page or a “we couldn't help, here are alternatives” page — we transmit demographic and quote-relevant data (such as your age, gender, state, ZIP code, vehicle, and prior insurance status) to the network so it can match you with insurance providers and other offers that may interest you. If you click on a partner's offer, additional personal information (including your name, email, phone number, and address) may be transferred to the matched provider, who will become independently responsible for its use of your information under its own privacy policy.

Text Messaging (SMS) Privacy & Consent

Notwithstanding the data-sharing practices described above, no mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell, rent, or lease our SMS opt-in lists to any external business partners.

Sale or Sharing of Personal Information; Your State Rights

Under certain U.S. state privacy laws — including the California Consumer Privacy Act / California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), the Colorado Privacy Act, the Connecticut Data Privacy Act, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, the Utah Consumer Privacy Act, and the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act — the data-sharing activities described above may qualify as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, including for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers we know to be under the age of 16.

If you are a resident of a state with applicable privacy rights, you may have the right to:

  • Know what categories of personal information we have collected, the sources of that information, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it;
  • Access and request a copy of your personal information;
  • Correct inaccurate personal information;
  • Delete your personal information;
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information; and
  • Opt out of targeted advertising.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at contact@agentomni.com with “Privacy Rights Request” in the subject line and describe the right you wish to exercise. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, email us at contact@agentomni.com with “Do Not Sell or Share” in the subject line, or visit our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page. In addition, if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we will treat that signal as an opt-out for the browser session.

Use of Cookies

When you visit our Site, we automatically collect information about your use of and access to the Site using a variety of tracking technologies, including cookies, Flash objects, web beacons (also called “clear GIFs” or pixel tags), embedded scripts, location-identifying technologies, analytics, remarketing and similar technology.

Your choices regarding cookies: If you prefer not to accept cookies, most browsers will allow you to manage cookies in your browser settings to disable or block cookies, remove existing cookies, automatically accept cookies or to notify you when you receive a cookie. Options available may vary by browser. However, if you disable, modify, or reject cookies, some parts or functionalities of our site may be inaccessible or not function properly. For example, disabling cookies may require you to repeatedly enter information to take advantage of services or promotions.

Although we do our best to honor the privacy preferences of our visitors, we are not able to respond to “Do Not Track” signals from your browser at this time.

Security of your Personal Information

We use a combination of reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information. However, no website, mobile application, database or system is completely secure or “hacker proof”. So, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. You are also responsible for taking reasonable steps to protect your personal information against unauthorized disclosure or misuse.
